I feel my boyfriend is acting a little strange - Love Forum - Online ...

I met my boyfriend online almost 6 months ago on a dating site. We e-mailed for nearly 5 months almost every day. Starting in the 3rd month we started Skying, usually talking 2- 3 hours each time. We have a large amount in common and get along great. A couple of weeks ago he came to see me. We had an amazing time and we got along superbly. He is a really nice guy and everything I was looking for in a man. Recently though I have noticed a slight change in my boyfriends behavior. I notice my boyfriend hasn't been saying I love you anymore to me. He used to say "I love you" often in our skype conversations. When he came to visit me he would say it in person. Since then, now at the end of our skype conversations he just says "lots of love". He happens to say "lots of love" to his co-workers and close friends so it doesn't mean a lot or anything romantic. Another thing he used to do was e-mail me after our conversations and say a little something sweet, he said to me that he wanted me to be the last thing on his mind before he went to sleep. Since he has gotten back home he has not once e-mailed me after skyping. We are obviously In a long distance relationship and right now all we have is skype so I like to be able to say "I love you" to him when we do talk. The conversation we had a couple of days ago I said "I love you" at the end of it and he replied "same to you, I love you too". But the conversation we had tonight he just said "lots of love". I want him to say it to me without me having to say it first. It is upsetting and worrying me. I am wondering if I am overreacting or if I should be worried?

I realize not everyone agrees with, believes in or understands online dating or relationships that started online - I ask that you focus on the question rather than telling me our relationship is not real. Thank you.
